Return Eligibility
Products may be eligible for return under the following conditions:
Time Frame
Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Product Condition
Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging with all seals intact.
Proof of Purchase
A valid invoice or order number must be provided with the return request.
Non-Returnable Items
Temperature-sensitive products, opened medications, and items past their expiry date cannot be returned.
Return Process
Follow these simple steps to initiate a return:
Submit Return Request
Contact our support team via email at info@jeplus.in or call 011-68130000 with your order details and reason for return.
Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 24-48 hours if approved.
Schedule Pickup
We will arrange a free pickup from your location. Ensure the product is properly packed with the original invoice.
Inspection & Processing
Once received, our quality team will inspect the returned product. This typically takes 2-3 business days.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed based on the following guidelines:
Online Payments
Refunded to the original payment method (UPI, Net Banking, Card) within 5-7 business days after inspection approval.
COD Orders
Refunded via NEFT/IMPS transfer to your bank account within 7-10 business days.
Store Credit
Option to receive store credit with an additional 5% bonus for future purchases, processed within 24 hours.
A restocking fee of 5% may be applicable for returns not related to product defects or shipping errors.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will prioritize your return:
Report Immediately
Take clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. Report within 48 hours of delivery.
Free Replacement
We will ship a free replacement within 24 hours of approval or process a full refund.
No Charges
No restocking fees or return shipping charges apply for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
Before Shipping
Cancel anytime before the order is shipped for a full refund with no charges.
After Shipping
Once shipped, cancellation is treated as a return. Standard return process and restocking fees may apply.
Orders for Schedule H and Schedule X drugs cannot be cancelled once placed due to regulatory requirements.
Exceptions & Special Cases
Expired or Near-Expiry Products
Products received within 3 months of expiry can be returned for a full refund.
Temperature-Sensitive Items
Cold chain products cannot be returned once delivered due to quality and safety concerns.
Bulk Orders
Bulk orders (above ₹10,000) have a 48-hour cancellation window with full refund.
